Anyone help me find a source, or tell me how to edit another source to Alpha or 1.0? I really miss old CO, and wanna mess around with a server to bring it back to life for me and a few friends :D.

There's a difference between the alpha client and a 1.0 client. The alpha client is v4217, and has different crypto than the later versions, along with some different packet structures. You probably meant whichever is fine, but your best bet would be to use a public 4267/4274 source.
