Autopatch WONT WORK

My EO autopatch wont work ..
ive tried taking my firewall off but that wont work anyone know how to work it?

When you guys will ever learn to at least try searching? There is quite explanatory guide in EO official forum under Guides and FAQs. Mods, please lock this topic.

Its not on the official site my client says that i cant connect to the autopatch server ...
