What type of error is this ?

Well i got a 404.17 error like
Dynamic content mapped to the static file handler via a wildcard MIME mapping.
how to fix this error ..I found this error why i was trying to make registration page

1. Locate your App Pool and Right Click

2. Select Basic Settings

4. Select your current .Net Framework Version

4.Restart the App Pool
