HUGE boxybot GG problem-help please :(

I cant do alfa GG becaose when i click right button on ALPHA gate it says bioneeds and after boxybot jump to ALFa GG and it says ERROR in aplication quit .Boxybot disconected and aliens almost killed me! I tryied redownload but i have still this proble help me ! I cant do GG ! .It is erroe in aplication or what. I can box but i i cant do GG boxybot jupm to GG and it says error and disconect. Can you post video how to jump at GG alfa?
i am playign at Czech 3 server

help ME! They killed me ! Fix this problem

Check your OS - looks like he is broken by some software/viruses
Or you use not original OS

I have original Operation syštem i bought it windows 7

If you really want it working, you have to use systemrecovery, it makes everything on pc deleted, except the things you want to have on your pc. Like personal stuff(pictures,Movies)
After that it should work perfectly
