If they Deleted it that beacause it was a worthless thread or a dead thread. They cant keep all threads forever, they have bandwidth and a certain amount of space.

Yeah, theres such thing as an Internet Protocol Address, they can ban it.
It means that you won't be having any connections from that internet connection.

I have to say something to this post. I deleted your thread because it had a advertisement about your server. Your forum didn't contain link back to e*pvp which is clearly stated on the announcement that it must be there otherwise it'll get deleted.

You could also have thought about your words a little bit beforehand, if you were a little bit nicer and added a link on that site and then asked me to retrive that thread, it would have been perfectly acceptable.
