A better itemtype.dat

Sometimes it's hard to find good items when there are tons of them lying on the ground with short names such as [R], [E] and stuff. Edited them to be:

[FIXED]
[REFINED]
[UNIQUE]
[ELITE]
[SUPER]

that should do it.

because CO change perfix for other items
it said alot and alot here
no any ItemType can show u +1s or Gears(Non Weapons) quality
