Bot Service without license!!

Soon I will start one, bott service in which I will use bot for you ... No need to have a license and the only thing I can say is that I use most, one third of the current best bots (i-bot, kbot, pbdobot) will not say which of the three is for personal reasons and need to get a person who wants test my service after someone who can say I'm reliable.
Requirements to be a test person:
1 - To be someone, trust
2 - Have more than 200 posts
3 - Click thanks;)
4 - Choose a number between 0 and 20, tomorrow 13 days, I will randomly select who is the person who will do the test.
The number will be decided by [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] site.

People who do not meet these requirements do not waste time to post anything and please:

EDIT: By the looks it isn't. Only in some forums(areas) it isn't. From what i searched up :) So it doesn't look like its against the rules here. Hope i helped :D
