restart your modem/router :), that is if your ip is dynamic and not static. or you could try downloading anchor, smarthide or aol (just hope they're not blocking intl ip ^^ ).

So easy PROBLEM solve.
Steps to follow how to change ip address

1.Start then choice "run"
2.then type "cmd" without the quotation
3.then black screen appear. type "ipconfig" without the quotation hit ENTER in the black screen that is the cmd
4.after typing ipconfig and hit enter. type again "ipconfig/release" without the quotation and hit enter.
5.then you will loose net don't worry it's normal. Go to your Local Area Connection then disable your connection.
6.Then go to the cmd to that black screen. and type "ipconfig/renew" without the quotation and hit enter
7.then go back to your Local Area Connection and enable it.
8.then go again to the cmd then type "ipconfig" without the quotation then puff!!!! you can now play RF again.

Too bad if your ISP provided you with a static IP and that's what they blocked...

daryl4010's tip won't work if your ISP has provided you with a static IP for your WAN access... This applies to smart bro since your IP is local to your base station. The base station's IP is static AFAIK.

There isn't a way you could change your static IP address given by your ISP on your own. You could use anonymizing services like what shemgwapo stated (I use TOR), but if the last node you get doesn't come from the PH, you won't get connected. Another option is to use a VPN on an unblocked/dynamic IP.
