Need Help!

I have downloaded the the 5.3 private server , Can anyone tell me
how i can get it to work , i run as adm bt then brings me this messages
plz help lol :)

Message shortcut problem. " The Drive or Network Connection that the Shortcut 'GSQL.Ink' is refers to
as unavailable , Make sure the disk properly inserted or the network resource is available.

If i safe run it, Its says Access Denied to the same file,

Any help i would appreciate

Add more details to understand, because the image does not distinguish very well because it is way too small, and once you give Zoom pixelated.

I know it not the file what i saved that not to small its

I changed file tag for you ! (updated)

Mate for what i have seen on the picture you run it from DVD-RW drive...
You must have it on the drive D. Set the right location and will be everything ok.
Will must look like

and on your files is

Create a new substitute drive and go trought your Drives options (control panel) and modify the drives informations your DvD-RW change like ( E: ) and the new drive you create set to be ( D: ) or you'll never start up those files :)

PS: George first of all watch better the picture before argue, is not needed a great graphics to disguise the problem :P . Is a very simple one ;)

Ok thanks for you help , I know i went totally wrong , But know i changed DVD-RW to E:
letter path and i know have D: available , but i have a problem now , i went to make a shrink volume to make another partition drive to run : D on so i would have :C :E : D but when i went to do this i clicked on skrink volume and it says my :C drive is corrupt so i cant make another partision it says run chkdsk to fix this problem , but i ran this command in cmd and it says errors found and its says chkdsk cannot continue in read only mode , Any help to fix this problem would be very appreciated, thanks for your consisting help :)

You did something wrong while you created the partition requied, is better to reinstall the windows and to set from the installer the 2 partitions requied C: D:.

Problem Fix , Check Disk , Destroy Errors BOOM lool :)
