[Release] Hex Editor----->Better than winhex!

Hey everyone. I am posting here an useful tool to edit your pack.d04 much better than winhex.. Is faster and easier, so just give it a try! ;)

The program is called HxD, and u have many tools that are working.. BTW is free so you don't need any license!

Is the same shit like Winhex only this one has more friendly interface than winhex.
