When your game LOADS, is going to slow??

Hey everyone, i want to know if this just happen to me, I have a pretty nice PC and normally my game loads very fast, but these days i dunno why a pserver or normal 2moons loads like a turtle.. It goes like 0.1 0.2 0.3 looll wait like 12 minutes to load the whole game, anyone know what is happening???

maybe you're still using pIII for CPU.
mine loads like 20secs or below. I didnt overwrite the default movie and sound folders with the unpacked data.

My suggestion to you is try defrag your c: drive. It could be after you install, the files are split out all over the harddisk, defrag it and those files should stay close and could help you to load faster.

But i doubt so it will turn 12mins (are you counting?) to 20secs. Sound like you have some bad sector in harddisk, maybe. Try Check your harddisk lol. Better do some backup. :D

Maybe you can specific more for your pc spec so i have better idea?

my pc specs are:
C: of 150 GB
Intel pentium dual CPU 1.80GHz x2
2GB ram
Windows xp...
Is very good, it was working like 2 days ago but i will do the defrag and see what happens

How about your graphics card? Graphic card play an important role here as well. And your setting in game? And you play full screen or windows?

Yes, video card is one of the main source for video games. Also did you try uninstall then install the game again. Dont REINSTALL.

its a main error... it even happen using the dekaron version so :S i will try to uninstall and install!
