Need some help about kr deka

Ok, heres the deal, i have an account on kr deka and havent use it for some time.
It got locked somehow.
After i login it sends me to some kind of account lock page and says i need to unlock it.
I would be really thnkfull if someone could translate me text in this picture:

if u didnt use the account from long time yea u need to reactivate it with same KSSN u used at register if u dont have it u can remove that account from ur mind;)

i have everything, the messages in pic showin after i do the unlock and after i press the orange button it goes back to unlock screen

EDIT: i enter name, pass and kssn then press the button below, after that it asks me do i want to unlock i press ok and after that the pic i posted here appears.

i remember about that unlock page when i tryed to play on kr also ... and it was working for me , i rlly dont know
