I can hit faster.. so that the axe doesn't even move. It's called No Skill Delay + auto clicker to spam fast. Also, please do not go offtopic.

I tried in Indonesian Cabal, GM, AOE, RANGE, and Zoom Hack worked fine. but for others it does not work at all. Why did that happen??

Your GM value is 0, so it is OFF, how can it be possible that AOE works? And zoomhack is still disabled, you have to put the values at 90 90 90 to enable it. Did you manage to hit more than 1 mob with cannons?

All the information is on the forums, you can use the old method to search for no skill delay, you just need other values than 0 and 1 (which you can find in zeke____ his post)

Protip for CE users.

Set the delay values in CE settings to 1, then use a button spammer and put the auto atk on 2-3 numbers, then spam it.

Of course, it will dc faster too.
