Sr_GameServer error's

As the title says guys i am getting Sr_GameServer error i have added the data still i have the problem with BR files ..
If any 1 know help me out please..

extract elite sro data.pk2 at Folder Server

go into your BR_GameTest then open _RefRegion table and delete everything.
then paste this text into _RefRegion
