[BUG] Citadel speed bug

1. Put 20 shields on first configurationuration
2. Put 20 speed generators on second configuration
3. Fly on map and use 'Travel' ability on first configuration and change FAST to second configuration

Be happy of awesome speed :D

It was already public, they was going to fix it anyway. And not just that, if a bug is going to be fixed without you knowing, then why would you care? You wouldn't know about it...

To me you're only asking for it to be deleted because now you know..
