[B]Crossfire EU Vmware Working But Time problem? Help Please![/B]

I've just finished to install my win sp3 on vmware , and adding the code on te vmx file. When opening crossfire all normal,after a minute the crossfire "Loading, Please Wait" screen appear but it veeeery slow so when i can finally log in the time is up and it say to relog cause taking too much time. :confused:
I don't think to have hardware problems, I've got 6 gb rams , and i gived 3 gb ram to the virtual machine (win sp3) and 4 cores processor. It is still slooooooooooow.
I hope someone coul help me. :(

i got windows xp sp3 and i cant even start crossfire it says: you cant open this application on virtual computer.

i also added code to the vmx file
