As some players are lvl 2 with 0 hours played goliath take all? Sorry for my bad english

maybe they are golis from big clans so they can do academys...i have done the same and i gave 3.000.000.000 cre to my other acc so i made it FE (8iris , goliath , 31lf3, 15 speed engines , and 23 shield generators) and i have it as my academy leader ;)
