Cabal Engine

Sorry, i'm new here and i don't know if i broke any rules by posting about this.
Since Cabal Rider's been down, i've been searching for alternative Third Party Programs and i found "Cabal Engine".
I don't know if this actually works and if it does,
does it work on Cabal Online PH?
Just a few questions i have and i'm hopeful that some members here might know the answers. Thanks.

Seems like it only works on cabal NA & SEA atm, but pm cddvdxd about it.
