Is there anyone can create an itemtype that can see the quanlity of amor, boots, necky and others on the ground?? :confused:

As far as my knowdlge goes, I dont think as of now with the new patches it aint possiable

If i am wrong please somone tell me and i will make one.
But as far i am aware u cant anymore.

So far, its impossible.
The quality of items (besides weapons) are decided when you pick them up.

Actually no, they're not decided on pick-up. The quality and plus are determined on drop, client just doesn't get any information reqarding their stats untill you pick them.
