Cooldown hack...

So i noticed when I used the cooldown hack for PUS... Every time I use PUS its like hitting them with a normal skill... Is there any way to make it do the same damage as PUS when using PUS?

Also... Can someone help me on how to do cooldown for either of these --

Berserk
Brutal
Ice/Thunder Storm

Thats always like that with cooldown. use pus,brut,pus,brut or whatever. then u have full dmg
