New NPC Effects + Player Effects

Okay guys I have noticed that some of the old npc effects are getting old and boring... so I have found new ways of adding effects to not only NPCs but players also.

Here are some of the many effects you can use. To test them use /addeffect and then one of the codes below:

noconfirm029 <---- 029 numbers can be changed for different effects
newyear5 <----- 5 number can be changed for different effects
balloon1 <-- 1 number can be changed for different effects
meltnpc
action3 <--- 3 number can be changed for different effects
skill305 <---- 305 number can be changed for different effects
Pkmatch_champion
anniversary1 <--- 1 number can be changed for different effects
other106 <--- 106 number can be changed for different effects
charm03-999 <--- 03 number can be changed for different effects

Information about how to set these to Players can be traded for info about how to run a pk tournament LOL!

Tell me how to run a pkt and ill tell you how to set effects to players

now it is goin offtopic , i was thinking this goes over the new effects of the players and not to flame to staff/noobs/whatever ...

i can say differend things over the mod function but i leave it over to some1 els :P

I don't really know exactly whats going on with the new mod Stephan, but he put a warning on me for spamming but all I did was so "aww theres no thankes left..." So he Private messaged me and said thats because there was a better guide. I guess its true but I had somethings the guide didn't. Anyways back on topic I hope you like my effects!

look at it this way if he continously closes threads because people still ask for help and dont go to the thread he feels everyone should go to then he will run the risk of causing people to just not come to epvpers and they will go somewhere else. either way he proves flamebakes point.

Well i got warned also, but it will not happend again, some respect is due i think to all people and i agree in some parts with FlameBaked, but stefan is trying dont be so hard with him, he spammed a lot in the past thats true...but lets see ;)

flame ya could of worded it better but I also disagree with him becoming mod I almost died of laughter when i saw he was but its not our choice but it is our choice not to advert epvp to our members anymore untill he is taken out.

on topic though, sorry cruey but there are guides about pk tourny, as for the player effects people you can use cq_action for it search for parameter contains and studdy the action code I am sure you will figure it out :)
