yes i believe so idk.... im having trouble Setting up the Phpmyadmin page :( and what to do or where to upload... or find my databases on the site >.<

thats where im at now all it says is Demo Server idk how to make my own server or...grr idk how to explain all of this... but is the Php part of it the reason those boxes arnt loading?
