I think its higher lvl chance or more worthy, i dunno exactly ;)

i think in the rare wings chests are also the new wings, e.g.: God Wings/Phoenix Wings/Red Dragon Wings/...but i am not sure...

yes, the rare one's include the new one's and I also think the old one's that can be lvl6 = 17% but of that I am not sure :o

I though the normal wing chest containing the new ones. Maybe it have better rate to get higher lvl or something like that.

normal wings chest = all kind of wings from lv1 to lv6
rare wings chest = only the new types of wings (Phoenix, God, ...) from lv 1 to lv6

if I remember right...

I'm not sure, I think normal wings chest contain only the old kind of wings (lv 6 infinity) and the rare wings chest contain the new kind of wings (lv1 to lv 6, all different skin, just like in the Heroic box) but i'm not sure. I have to check
