maybe i'm stupid?

Hi,
I know this question is stupid (well for some of you maybe) but what's the utility of database GM tool?
I tryed to search inside proc and things like that but can't find utility.

i mean, i tryed to see why is there a database named gm tool why it's here but don't see anything and don't know to work with.
btw i think it have to work with gmtool.exe but still don't know what can be done with it and how.

It is one component of the service, because the file named GMTool.exe that takes an error trying to open with language problems or something.
Just search in the forum, I think there is a solution to that.
It makes me aver seen that thread.
