Hello, could you help make the registration on the site.
When do I get the error.

This problem is casual when it presents the following errors:

When you do not correct the DB name and password in your php file.

Or your Xampp or Wamp are not properly installed.

Xampp or wamp doesen't contains mssql.dll.
You need for Xampp the version 1.7.1 (if i remember good) and for wamp version 5.2.9
