[NAGC]Error

hi i made this post why i have a problem, i dont play nagc like 2 months ago i today i want play but when i log in the game a error window appear and the game freeze and close later. I played nagc without problems on my computer.
i always use HSS(Hotspot Shield).now i turn off the ss for take the image but always is on.
