I need a script for Deleting PvP rank/kills/deaths and setting em to 0 for toons and letting them go from start.

You can do this without an actual script, by simply setting the toon's k1, k2 to 0

k1, k2? o.O where's that? Can u explain it a bit more?

That information is stored in the dbo.Chars of your database, simply look for the name of the toon(s) and set their k1, k2 to 0 that will make their Kills and Deaths go back to 0
