^^
i dont want to buy sbotmod anymore for clientless because of the recent bugs.

anyway, i can upgrade the cpu of my laptop to this: x9100 $150 [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
and can be probably OC'd to 3.3ghz is my goal, but i have seen 3.5/6 MAX thru ThrottleStop

so, can it run 24 sbots with hidden sro client?
current specs of laptop P-7805u are:
4gb ddr3 - i can upgrade to 8gb $50
9800m gts 1gb

so that would be a $150-200 upgrade

EDIT***
i've decided to just build a budget gaming desktop since my laptop would just not do it.
cpu choices are:
i3-2120 << will this be enough?
i5-2300

my budget is aroung $600 for a budget gaming desktop(minus the monitor, keyboard, mouse) so the cheaper the better

VGU choices are:
6850
7850 ($100 more)

no chance without clientless, maybe 4-5 max if you upgrade your ram.

Also, I wouldn't advise overclocking a laptop processor, it does more bad than it will ever do good. I'd suggest you simply buy a new desktop, since upgrading that laptop is quite pointless
