NEWLONGJU REGISTRATION

I have problem with it i made all as it is said in Pornxp guide and even tryed much more and not working. :( Help me someone. I dont speak deutsch too good i speak PL/ENG and only a little bit deutsch. i made login edvin555 password with first big letter then 4 small and 2 numbers i made good captha code so whats the problem? all other was 100% good i had the second error from Pornxp guide...
