Ok so i didnt make it i just took a dds file from eudemons and replaced DarkWizard with it these pics are from my private server but it should work the same with conquer

The white line has to be like this

This is lame, i extracted it to conquer folder and still it says cant open server.dat, please reïnstall the game..

Oh well i need to reïnstall then i guess... Can't until next month tho my download limit is full..
