Could anyone tell me how to generate item / mob codes specific to my p-server?

Open SQL SMSE, in the Object Exlorer expand Databases, expand PS_GameDefs, expand Tables and open dbo.Items and dbo.Mobs. Save the table into Notepad or Excel and there you got all codes.
