Last Chaos ideas for best PV server

Hey all i open this post to tell to you ( GM's or servers ) to make the best last chaos private server.
Im talking about of a last chaos with the best exp and the best rates .... like that :

Exp: 250
Sp: free
gold: ( idk thats your choise :) )
Max upgrade : 70/50
Cap lvl: 200
IN shop game: like expb /pbi and other good things
and without seals in armors ....

I think official rates is the best. Too many noob sit at arena and do nothing all day. Its boring.

exp x250: do u know how fast u will get max. lvl then? That's boring
Upgrade +50/70: maybe without deff-cap in arena!
Eternia Fun server=best server atm :D no 100%cast^^
