I wanna ask about this logics

OFFSET SETTINGS FOR INDONESIA (Thanks BetaBowElfe):
[Perfect_World_Base_Address_In_Decimal]

Application_Title=Element Client
Base_Address=9585732

Custom_32_Offsets_In_Decimal]
Target_OffSet=2584 or try 2568

HP_OffSet=1104
MaxHP_OffSet=1144

MP_OffSet=1108
MaxMP_OffSet=1148

But I don`t get it... I used CE. searched for the address but I don`t know what is offset??? can anyone explain it step to step for me???

Offset means pointer, which means dynamic address (Correct me if Im wrong). lol

Like This = Base Address + Offset + Offset = Value (ex = Max HP)

Well Try read some about pointers

it's the value u have ATM. ur max value is serversides and fixed. so no chance to edit it.

IC so max Hp is server side.... How about Hp regen??? is it server side 2???
