[help] a little problem :)

My friend having a problem he is trying to make the game work with the bot,
but when he starts bot and the game he puts id and pw then he gets requesting info... the game crashess why?
but when he is trying to make to work without the bot it works perfectly.

then its from the bot he needs a new bot version or something what bot is he using?
