[Error]CHECKPOINT shutdown: tics did not updated.

Hello,
i have a problem..
When I start server it�s begin write connection refused...

Code:

SYSERR: May  1 07:36:20 :: checkpointing: CHECKPOINT shutdown: tics did not updated.

How fix this error?

fixx connection refused per navicat and repair tables than it should work, if not u should take another game..
