Probably because you got IPs wrong or it cannot connect to your MySQL double check them.

It has to be 127.0.0.1 in the server.dat only for the people running the server everyone else it will be your Hamachi IP

i have done every thing you said but when i open the QO3 cleint while its auto patching it says its failed and it gives the option to retry, maual patch and bypass i clicked bypass and it opens fine but when i logg on it says server maintenance or server conjsted what do i do?

we'll see how this one works.
There is it other coserver u need to find it and u can then play i have with this problems too but now i have the best conquer from crazyco
