1500~1700 = $40/100 elo
1700~1800 = $50/100 elo

As you have no received thanks and no trades confirmed - one way is boosting people by like -20/30 elo?- for free and getting positive feedback from them :)

That will make it alot easier for people to trade with you without the fear of getting scammed
