Box Doubler doesn't work

Hello,

I bought Box Doubler on 26.4.2012 and still didnt get it!
Bought on BR2,contacted support and they said: "its activated and credited to you. Try looking better for it. If you cant find it, contact support".
Sent new ticket but no1 answers :@

You wonder :D Bp wants to have money for free
and support sucks - if there is not automatical response, they don't help you

So where is my box doub. ? disappeared ? it wont go like that!

Things that could have happend:

-You have been scammed by BugPoint.

-They credited the account but the wrong server.

-The server needs to restart for you to get it.

Thats bugpoint for you it took them 3months to fix the havoc problem and like 5 to 6months to fix other game problems but u get unlimited lag :D:D the best part lol / most likely u not getting your money back or ure doubler unless they re-credit it to your account,and there's no way bigpoint gonna restart server for one player.

Omg !? the same thing with me .. just bought the box doubler 2 days ago still not working .. support is not even responding wtf is this shit? :(
