anyone need some help making a server

i will be willing to make anyone with a server with all svmaps database fixed
and its game exp defs pve not pvp notice but if anything i can make anyone the server in 3hours but notice must have a vps i don't and will not make your server on a home pc notice never do that its horrible and if you get a vps get 2003x64 please understand your home pc will be a easy attack for others :S so let me know if anyone needs help ;)
