21 rune pages possible?

Once upon a time, there was a lower rune page limit than nowadays (10 iirc) but people who got one with a promotion before could have 1 above the normal limit(11).

My question now is, since there is a rune page reward in the new referral system, if it is possible to have 21 rune pages this way?

no its not.max rune pages are 20.if you had 11 and you hit "7 rune pages bundle" you ll get 18, and then you ll be able to buy 2 more.
