i downloaded the file form megaupload and thne when i ran it was box that wasb lack and disapeared. what do i do?

Looks like you downloaded a virus from what I gathered, basically you have launched a virus.exe, its moved to another location on your computer and is downloading more viruses.
Run a virus scan, or manually delete it, if you can find it, usually system32.

the safest thing is to format your pc and reinstall your operating system.
after a fresh formatation, install an good antivirus (avast home for example) and then install the rest.
make sure you scan EVERYTHING you download at [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
ah..before i forget.. after having a clean system change your passwords from silkroad,msn,icq and so on...
