How to change name on chat?

Hey guys I found this Picture on ArchEA's signature. How he do that? I know it's fake name. You won't able to click it becuase he made it with Alt Code but colors are what i don't know.

If I remember correctly they use cheat engine to change the html codes. Don't ask me as I don't know how to do it.
