i can receive the supplies 1-70 or if i up to lvl 70 i cant receive anymore?

1-70 after lv 70 you dont receive free pots.... i say AFTER 70 when you are 71 no more free pots

Hi sorry for thread steal, but I have a question too.
Where can I get back the 8th degree Lucky Powder?
The Free NPC only has the degree 6-7 (hotan), and the normal NPC sells it with money.
please help!
