SKILL DESING !

Now,all old skill design(Lighting,Diminisher,Spectrum,Venom,Solace and Sentinel) recharge ability in only 15 minutes.I think it's a bug,or BP reduce the time of recharge.

BigPoint has reduce the time, because the skills from new Ships are aviable after 2-6 minutes too.

maybe,but he don't anounce nothing about reduce timing.
