it's easy, you only have to run the program but if you're running it for the first time it will ask for a base address which is different for each country (included in the readme file for 1.8, for 1.91 it doesnt come with readme file, use 1.8's readme). Then let the program configure itself to make .ini file, should take only seconds, just don't press anything while the program is configuring itself or it won't work, but you can always delete the ini file and let it reconfigure again.
the purpose of using this WH is to speed up fbs/dungeons, and skip mobs without using wine. Especially for dungeons with a rooftop, you just go up and wallhack the roof, once up there you can walk on it and go straight to the boss. If you have a team of players and they know how to use wallhack, then you can hunt molders/maybe HH ?
