msg server problems with the new database

I am trying to set up the new database and for some reason the msg server will not connect to the account server. The npc serv does onnect to msg but not msg to account serv. Any one willing to help thanks in advance.

That's because you forgot to edit shell.dat.
hex edit shell.dat to your ip and servername.

That is done. This is what it looks like.
127.0.0.1......ChaoticEo....root............test.. ..................&

I have edited all the files and can post a link to them tomorrow but it will just not connect msn is [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] I will be on tomorrow morning 7am central time for people to contact me if they do not want to post it here.



I was just wondering if it could be because I use windows vista... Not sure and have no other os to run it off of.
