quick question on gangplank why is riven under both Weak against And the Strong against?

if a champion is in one side it shouldnt be in the other side!

You can just vote for or against a counter and eventually this will develop to a perfect counter site. It's not the site creators that made these up- and downvotes. It is the choice of the people that visit the site.

The entire point of the site is that you, the users should be able to decide.
We have nothing to do with the voting, and when it counters it is often based on personal experience, so your experience might be something else that other people.

Over the course of enough votes and comments we can represent a % of the community and their view on the matchup.
