Why am I getting this error when starting the game/app?

Sorry for the inconvenience, but if your error code is "999666999," your account is getting that error due to a problem with its contents. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do about that, but it may have been caused by having too many items, incorrect items, inconsistent parameters with your specific account, etc.

Because the issue is account specific, please open a new account to get access to the game again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

well that means its already banned

well not banned but punished, indirect punishment caused by having too many items ^^ try opening a new account with charles then edit its contents, edit your inven add all the index codes you exactly have in your inventory then put your user id(the one with the error) and execute

any way to back track my account ID?

moyjoy123 can you give me the procedure your trying to tell us.....i dont exactly understan it...PLS ASAP and if it is possible i want to use the same fb account that i have ok,because i dont want to create another account just for soul crash T_T
