Need Assistance !

I managed to get the stat booster, reset stat items through index codes.
The problem is when i try to use them, nothing happens .
I want to reset and boost my stats if anyone know how to fix this please teach me im still new in using charles and index codes .

We can't because it's bug in inventory , clear this items , this is a friendly advice ;)

Yeah I already deleted them .
I wish there's a way to use them though ! xD
