with a warlock handgrinding is the best. u just go around cast a dot ([D]amage[O]ver[T]ime) on a mob and they die. fastes way to lvl it by your own.

yeah but i wanted to bot it :-s i dont play by hand

I think in the beginning training a Warlock is hard, till about level 60..

Why till 60?
At level 60 you learn Death Flower, the second nuke of Warlock. Death Flower and Bloody Flower have no cool down over eachother like some other skills have ( At xBow Long shot and Distance shot ).

Overall as a warlock you should be able to tank giants and pt mobs ( While handgrinding that is, if you are botting I suggest you take cleric as your Sub mastery ( well warlock should have cleric as sub anyway ) and you'll need a auto buffer for cleric skills).

Any build can be bot, all you need is decent gear and bot settings.
Cast dot (decayed or poison) as your first attack and second attack (talking about isrobot settings) followed by the first nuke.
3rd and so on, should look like this.

AOE nuke, stun, trap, sleep, mag attack debuff, AOE dot

Normal mobs should be dead after the dot + nuke
champs are dead after dot, nuke and aoe nuke
giants and pt mobs need rest of the list.

As long as you grind in non agro mob areas you should be able to easily kill green or white mobs while botting.

To xmedeia
or sub bard :) for few reasons.
- while grinding you got speed and noise
- at pvp you will be amazed what the combination of debuffs and the most annoying skill ever (sleep) can do with bard nukes :D
- its cheaper with sp
- you can leach hp, should be enough to keep you alive combined with vigors grains/hp grains
- lot warlock skills give you time to repot (stun, dull, sleep)
but personally i would take cleric as sub since it is more useful in more situation anyway :)

Please note;

Do not place Debuffs and DoT's in you skill casting list, this will cause problems in your skill casting, because the debuf or DoT is already on your target, but the bot still try's to cast it.

So just put a DoT or what ever you want on First atack / Back up atack or what ever it's called.

well im using agbot so using cleric as sub mastery is not a problem , recovery division is a life saver.

but i dont know the warlock skills :D

so dot+nuke will be enough?

what about the life stealing skills

Just put it in the list..
I'd reccomand something like this;
First skill only - DoT
Skills followed - Bloody Flower - Death Flower - Vampire Touch / Kiss

You probably won't use Vampire Touch/Kiss alot, infact never on normal mobs, but you don't have to if you're sub will be cleric and you'll be healed by recovery division.

For pt mobs / Giants it can be usefull to have it as a back up for some small amount of HP.

To henk.
If you use Bard as your sub you purely concentrate on PvE, by being faster & not atacked, which is not needed at all in my opinion.
A friend of mine was a Warlock / bard, but changed his mastery to Cleric for more fun and being able to survive in PvP.
Cleric also is better in PvE in my opinion, cuz without that you're dead at Giants and maybe even Pt mobs while boting.

so warlock / cleric it will be

and ill use the skills u told me.

anyway is there a preferable dot skill to use. like a more stronger one?

Did your friend use the bard nukes in pvp or pve? Bard nukes do a lot more damage and have almost an instant recharge you can cast more in the same time you can do your 2 warlock nukes, basically you just switch to bard after you succeeded to stun or trap/sleep your enemy.
But i personally have to agree with you i see more potentials with a cleric sub than a bard sub, although the only player i know that is capped bard/lock has some sweet gear and sun harp:(

I really don't know if he used the bard skills yes or no, he switched to cleric when he was like level 50 ~ 60 if I'm not wrong.

Preferred DoT skills are ;
Curse Breath - Dark Breath< AOE ( Dull )
Decayed - Dark Decayed<AOE ( Bleed )
